Good morning,
I have a dream that in about 10 years I have my own “Chopra Centre”. Of course I shall call it “Hitesh Centre”
The biggest activity in the centre, and paradoxically non activity, will be Meditation.
I cannot emphasis the importance of this habit. Just as you bath daily, you should meditate daily. If you have time, meditate at least 10 minutes a day, if you don’t then meditate 30 mins a day! I personally think, meditation is like using deodorant, those that use it, don’t really need it.
Humor aside, I am addicted to meditation. I am only addicted to meditation because I am addicted to peace.
Life can get pretty crazy but in my meditation, all is still. I usually sit in silent meditation. Just sitting and waiting to hear God speak.
It is only when you are silent that you can listen. SILENT and LISTEN contain the same letters. It is in silence, in meditation that we go from being lost, to being nowhere to being now here. The jump from nowhere to now here is a space. A space is nothing. Silence is nothing.
It is said that God hid the truth of all of the wisdom of the Universe in the last place man would look. God hid it inside of man. But now you know, so go within. Take the greatest journey you will ever venture on. With the price of fuel going up and up, it might be the only journey you go on, for a while…
I would be happy to lead a 30 min guided meditation session at your home for you and family/friends on a weekday evening or weekend. Please contact me for booking details.
Love,
H
