I teach a philosophy called Love. Here is some basic principles around the philosophy, based on my understanding.
If you think you are misunderstood, then Love teaches that you first understand.
If you think you are disrespected, then Love teaches that you first respect.
If you think you are undervalued, then Love teaches that you first value.
If you think that no one listens, then Love teaches that you first listen.
If you think that you are always hurt, then Love teaches that you first hurt not.
If you think that you are not supported, then Love teaches that you first support.
If you think that you are not loved, then Love teaches that you first love.
If you think that are have no friends, then Love teaches that you first be a friend.
If you feel that you are always rejected, then Love teaches that you first accept.
If you feel that you are always judged, then Love teaches that you first judge not.
I think you have a basic understanding of the philosophy now.
