1. Give thanks today for everything. Especially the perceived bad. You only label it bad because you do not understand why it happens and you do not see the blessing. Everything comes as a gift. Do not reject it. Accept it. To reject is to resist. To resist is to live uncomfortably.

2. Every single breath, action and word has been accounted for. Its all part of the divine design, the perfect plan. But that is not what defines your experience. It’s the meaning that you give the breath, action and word that does.

3. Having hope and believing will only show you the door. Having faith and courage will open the door.

4. Just as a cup cannot be filled with more water if it is full; sadness cannot enter you if you are filled with happiness.
Be happy for no reason, and you will find reasons to be happy.
