Has anyone ever told you it’s okay?
OR do you put yourself through all that pressure all by yourself?
Many people resist being negative or being sick or being broke, or being rejected, or being hurt or being angry & upset, or being down, or be wrong or being tired…
It really is okay to be all of the above at any given time. Just do not stay in that state indefinitely. People are trying to live according to an ideal or some prescribed system of what is normal and good and holy. Nothing of such exists in this Universe and nothing ever will. What is in this moment is exactly what needs to be. Do not attempt to understand it or find the meaning behind it. Let what is, be what it is. When you allow what is to be, you move into acceptance.
Acceptance, means you move into love. Love will move you into Peace.
Peace means you have surrendered and surrender brings Ease.
Acceptance of self, as you are in this very moment is absolute LOVE. If you accept yourself, you embrace yourself, you love yourself. Even if you are feeling angry, you are allowed to be angry and feel whatever emotion you feel. Even if you feel rejected, feel hurt and alone. It is okay. How do you know what peace is, if you do not know violence and anger? How do you know what acceptance is if you do not know rejection. This is the human experience. This is the duality that exists.
When you are ready to move from human being to beyond being human, then will not have any emotions, you will only be in a constant state of grace and love.
Whatever you are feeling now or even going through now, just be okay with all that is happening inside and outside. What really matters anyway? This too shall pass.
