You only hear that after hearing someone sneeze. Such a beautiful set of words reserved for only when mucus from your nose explodes everywhere.
I think we need to say these words more often. At the very least, our “Goodbye” should become “Bless you”.
To bless someone is more than to merely wish someone well. To bless someone is a heart based prayer that brings about showers of blessings. It’s an act of selfless service. In the moment of saying “Bless you” you move from thinking about yourself to thinking about another person. To bless someone is to have a heart filled with love.
You can easily help someone go from messed to blessed, by blessing them.
Do not wait to hear a sneeze to say these words. Become the very source of blessings in people’s lives. Bless everything and everyone with whom you come into contact with. If you hate them, bless them extra. For blessings sent from the heart return to the heart.
Bless you, embodiments of Love.
Love,
H
