Good morning,

What if I said to you that only you exist…and that every relationship you have is nothing more than a relationship with your own self. How does that change things?

You know that beautiful girl you are so madly in love with? You only see her beauty cos you are a beautiful being inside. You see the qualities of that guy you love who is just amazing, wonderful, big hearted and intelligent? All of that is all you.

When you are looking deep into someone’s eyes, you are really looking at yourself. To deny that, is to deny your own self. When you accept it is you, and all of you, then you no longer are troubled by them. In fact the moment you own the trait, the person is transformed.
You say to yourself, “This is nothing more than me and I have that quality in me.”
Relationships, all relationships are there to give us beautiful feedback.

Someone rejected you: Where are you rejecting your own self? Where are yo not accepting you for you?
Someone abusing you: Where are you beating yourself up? How hard are you on yourself?
Someone lies to you: Where are you in denial about your own life? Are you avoiding the truth instead of letting go and doing what is really best for you?
Someone does not respect you: Do you always tell yourself how stupid and useless you are? Do you Feel unworthy and of no value?
Someone cheats on you: Where are you cheating yourself in life? Are you denying yourself a good life by holding back? Are you not allowing yourself to be the best that you can be?
Someone disappoints you: Do you feel like a failure? Do you judge yourself often? Are you always comparing yourself to others?
